• Service fees are non-refundable once a booking is processed.

Cancellations & Refund Requests

Cancellations must be requested by phone only.

Refunds are possible only when:

• The fare rules allow cancellations and refunds.
• The passenger has not been marked as a “no-show”.
• Travostart.com is able to secure the required supplier or airline waiver — not guaranteed.

Refund processing timelines vary by airline and payment provider. After requesting a cancellation, you’ll receive an email acknowledgment with a tracking number. This does not guarantee a refund. Travostart.com will request a waiver if eligible, but the airline’s decision is final.

If a refund is approved, processing can take 60–90 days. Travostart.com service fees are strictly non-refundable, and a post-ticketing fee per passenger, per ticket will apply if a refund is authorized. If the supplier denies the request, the post-ticketing fee is refunded; booking/service fees are not.

Web Check-in

• You agree to the airline’s terms and conditions.
• You authorize Travostart.com to make required acknowledgments on your behalf.

Seats, Meals & Special Requests

Requests for seats, meals, or amenities are not guaranteed. Seat-selection fees and extra seat charges paid to Travostart.com are non-refundable. Passengers should verify special requests directly with the airline.

Baggage Policy & Fees
