Service Fee Policy

General Fee Information
Service fees are displayed on the payment page in the customer’s local currency and vary based on the type of passenger — including adult, child, infant, senior, student, and military. These service fees are generally non-refundable and may change without prior notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation may qualify for a refund of certain transaction fees; however, fees for cancellations made after 24 hours are non-refundable. Travostart customers will only be charged the final total amount quoted by our support agent at the time of booking.

Exclusions from Standard Service Fees

Some booking types require additional service fees due to complexity or special itinerary structures. These include:

  • Online holiday package bookings — $37.50
  • Online first-class or business-class flight bookings — $150
  • Open-jaw or multi-city itineraries — $75
  • Bookings originating from cities with high fraud rates — $30
  • Bookings with different dates or nearby airports — $41.25
  • Online cruise bookings — $150
  • Unaccompanied minor bookings — $75

Contact Center Booking Fees

Reservations completed through the Travostart contact center may incur higher service fees than online bookings due to manual processing and itinerary complexity. A fee of $11.25 to $187.50 per passenger may apply, or up to $93.75 for senior passengers.
